 BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

A booking fee of  50% of the total amount is required to be paid via PayPal (paniq45@yahoo.com). We also accept credit card payment through manual transaction (American Express not included). The booking fee will count towards the total cost of the booking, and bookings will only be confirmed after this fee is received.

A booking is considered a NO-SHOW if the team is late by 10 minutes or more, and entry will be declined. In such situations, the booking is not changeable, and the booking fee is not refundable.

All bookings are final as this is a  LIVE event.  No changes, cancellations or reschedules are permitted  within 24 hours  of  your scheduled booking. If you fail to provide a notice to reschedule or cancel before 24 hours of your booking, you agree to forfeit your deposit (booking fee). Same day bookings cannot be rescheduled or canceled. Fees made for any bookings are non-refundable and may not be credited.

PanIQ 45 is not liable for any delays or obstructions contributing to the delay of your arrival caused by bad weather, floods, traffic jams, civil unrest or any other reason.  It is your sole responsibility to arrive on time according to your booking.

Force Majeure: PanIQ 45 will not be liable for any cancellations to your booking due to unavoidable catastrophes (e.g., natural disasters, Acts of God, etc.) that interrupt the expected course of your booking. Participants agree that they cannot cancel their booking, or request a refund, under such circumstances.

Parental Consent: Parents and/or guardians must sign a waiver on behalf of any child under the age of 18 years old, allowing them to participate in the sessions. Any child under the age of 13 years old must have a Parent or guardian present in the room with them.

PanIQ 45 also reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time.
